US, UK Including 6 Countries Urge Israel To Follow Humanitarian Law Amid Continuous Air Strikes

Six countries including Canada, Italy, France, Germany, United Kingdom and United States have urged Israel to follow international humanitarian law and showed their support for the country’s “right to defend itself against terrorism”.

The request comes after the Israeli militants continued air strikes throughout the night on Monday.

According to the Health Ministry, the death toll in Gaza has risen to 4,600 which is an outcome of the retaliation attack from Israel against Hamas’ surprise attack on October 7 that took around 1,400 lives.

Meanwhile, Israeli President Isaac Herzog has claimed that they found an USB devices on the body of a Hamas terrorist who was involved in October 7 attack. The devices contained directions for making chemical weapon to be used on civilians. 

Another statement from the President office claimed that the USB device contained pages from a 2003 manual or Al Qaeda that contained a pictorial representation of a “device for dispersing cyanide agents”.

The device also contained “a manual for abducting captives and instructions for the use of chemical substances for mass murder”, said the President office in its statement.
