After the arrest of climate activist Disha Ravi huge crowed came in her support and have called for a protest at the site of Delhi Police headquarters in Patel Chowk.
Those who are supporting Ravi are calling her arrest an illegal arrest. A poster is getting viral on social media in which the supporters have said, “Rise up against incarceration of democratic voices”. The poster have also called everyone to get together for a protest infront of the Delhi Police headquarters against “the illegal arrest of Disha Ravi”.
The 22 year old climate activist Disha Ravi, got arrested by Delhi Police on Saturday for her involvement in the “toolkit” controversy. She is accused of creating and spreading that “toolkit” on social media.
A day after her arrest she was presented before court on Sunday where she was sent to five days of police custody for further questioning. Police is claiming that she was the “key conspirator” in creation and sharing of the “toolkit”.
